I called Matt and then met him at the property. He explained the issue and I confirmed that it was just downstream of Kyle's drainage issue at 102 S Waldron. It is directly in between the existing storm sewer and Kyle's property along the unimproved alley that we plan to extend storm sewer up. I explained that we would move forward with a design and estimate. HAND would probably fund the project and it would probably be completed in 2015 since most of their funds were already allocated for 2014.
