wyatt is working on this solution. However, Wyatt was filling in for an inspector that was on vacation this week so no progress was made.

We have called in locates so we can complete a storm sewer extension design. Wyatt is still working through the design, an estimate has not been completed yet.

I visited the site last Friday (1/31/14) and spoke to the home owner. They definitely have a drainage issue, his neighbor may actually be experiencing more of an issue. Saw two potential solutions but both require substantial extension of storm sewer and curbing. Spoke to HAND about funding available in this area and they said it was possible but they don't have it right now. Maybe next year. The next step is to complete a survey, design, and an estimate and request funding from HAND.
