These heaps of gravel can be found on E. Second, going towards the wooden foot bridge. I have no idea where they come from. However, next time there is a good downpour they will most likely be washed down the hill to the drain at the intersection of Eastside and the church parking lot, causing the intersection to flood. It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. This may be in between 2 houses, possibly the continuation of Clifton, making it the city's responsibility. Thanks, Stella Hooker-Haase 333-7006

Two storm drains need to be cleaned under the street.
Water runs down the street to her home and digs holes between the driveway and the road.
