Resident called in stating that her recycling was not picked up again. Resident was very upset and not especially willing to discuss the matter. The first time that resident had called in she stated that she put her recycling out the night before. However this time, resident's husband stated that they put the recycling out early in the morning. When Shelby asked resident to clarify if it was morning or evening, he did not receive an answer. Sanitation has flagged this stop at this point. Both trash and recycling crews will now have to call in to base at the time that they reach this residence to state that they have made it there and whether or not there was any trash/recycling out at that time. Please note that after the first complaint (which is not showing up in Ureport for unknown reasons) which was about trash, 956 did call in for the two weeks following the complaint noting that there were no items out at the time that they arrived at 2510 E. Nora Hill Dr. Danny Baugh went out today and picked up the miss out recycling,

As a long-time rental tenant at 612 N. Lincoln St., I and the neighbor with whom I share this property have been cited at least twice in the past for garbage/public cleanliness violations. Having come home last night from a weekend out of town, I was shocked to see two enormous bags of trash from my neighbors at 610 N. Lincoln St. strewn across the sidewalk in front of my house and down the alley in between our houses. Upon returning home from a long day of work just a moment ago, I have to express my disgust that nothing's been done about it. For a department that is apparently very diligent, it surprises me that this would go unnoticed and uncited. Please send someone to investigate my complaint and cite them, as you have me. I await your response. Thank you for your service, Gregory Morales
Bob Woolford received a message on his phone about a pile of kitty litter (about the size of a small truck load) dumped in the backyard.
There are leaves covering the sidewalk in front of 409 S. High Street. A stroller can't use the sw at this moment. The citizen doesn't blame the homeowner because they are putting them out their for the City to vacuum them. Maybe there can be an early pickup so the sw will be usable again & this dangerous situation eliminated.
