Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. The NO TURN ON RED sign at 3rd & Rogers (while traveling north) is not visible at night. Very difficult to read until you turn.

Trash is in between fences at back of property. We have permission from the homeowner at 430 S. Westwood to go onto her property and look. They are throwing pet waste over fence into easement.
