there is an abandoned vehicle in the street and trash in the yard and in the street. I contacted Scott Oldham (BPD) about the car and HAND about the trash.

The sidewalks on Hawthorne Drive next to the Emereti House (1015 E. Atwater) and Math building are NEVER cleared. They have not been cleared at all this winter and I don't ever remember them being cleared. Now they are treacherous. It is one of the main walking arteries to/from campus. Who is responsible for these sidewalks? Thank you.
