Owner of 415 South Woodlawn Avenue has inquired about ownership of sanitary lateral that is backing up at this location. He indicates he has had several back-ups in the couple of months. He has inquired about the possibility of CBU making repairs to this lateral. However, this is a private line and the homeowner’s responsibility. He has spoken with Tom Axsom, Rick Schroeder and Phil Peden of CBU. CBU main operating as designed.
