Large brush fires in woods at 2408 Shadow Grove Ct. this occurred last night and is in process now. Need to call 911 for an immediate response. Fire is currently out

Received a complaint from Julia Tobin at 4307 E. Bill Mallory Blvd regarding a 6" hole near the neighborhood mailboxes at the end of her driveway. It appears to be a location for fiber optics(?). She called AT&T but they said it was the city's issue. She's concerned that this hole could cause an injury. Who needs to be contacted to take care of this hole? Her ph# 812-345-3399. Kilroys blocking sidewalk. Maybe 20” clear. This has happened multiple times before. Fine them. Let me know what happens. 4/4/24 : Added a dividing line to the sidewalk and notifed KOK staff. Nothing should cross over the line. Line will be managed by COB.
