Excessive growth
"There is a house in my neighborhood that possibly has been abandoned. This past Friday a tree fell in their front yard and into the street and it wasn't until another resident contacted the city that the part that was in the street was removed. The yard is an overgrown mess in my opinion but don't know at what point it's considered a code violation. When the tree went down no one came to the door, hence our belief that the house may be unoccupied. The address is 3005 E. Daniel St., 47401. Thanks for your time!"
Hello, I am sorry to keep pestering you about this but nothing has changed at 3321 N. Valleyview Drive here in Bloomington. There are several trash bags in the front yard as well as other trash. It looks like animals have helped make the mess a bit worse. Could you please work with the proper authorities and city services to clean up the mess and levee liens against the property as well as continue to reach out to the home owner to get this mess cleaned up? The home owner probably needs to cited. Thanks, Damien Erwin
Excessive growth at a seemingly abandoned property, hole in the front door and animals residing in the residence.
Southeast Park is beautiful but there are two trees in the easement on the way around the bend from Montclair heading south then west on Arden that hang out over the road. If you stay in our lane on the curve coming on to Arden at the park by the baseball diamond, you're going to clip both trees. Could they be trimmed back a bit in the road area? Thank you so much.
May be aware already, but the shelter at that park is missing some shingling. So just a heads up.
Reported Anonymously. 310 N. Pete Ellis Dr. and also a location on Smith Road, described as a small brick house behind a church off of 46, but the address is unknown for that location. He described unauthorized chemicals (diesel fuel) being sprayed on the grassy areas, with some of it going into a small creek behind the property. There are also animals in the vicinity that are endangered. The names he gave of the people spraying were Norman Deckard (sp.) and Walt Insted (sp.).
