Resident called and left a voicemail on Sanitation line last night advising that his yard waste was not picked up yesterday. Resident did not leave a return phone number. Yesterday was not the appropriate day for resident's yard waste to be picked up as it was not his recycling day.
Resident called in and left a voicemail after hours on 4/11/2012 stating that her yard waste was missed on 4/11 and that she wanted it picked up. Resident did not leave a phone number. 4/11 was not residents yard waste day. The next yard waste day for that address is 4/18.

Resident called in stating recycling had not been picked up. Heath Whaley attempted to pick up recycling but stated there was nothing at the curb when he went out for the miss out.
Resident called in stating that stickers had been on her bags but that crew had overlooked them. BS went out to pickup miss out and noted that the stickers were not wet as they should have been due to the rain. Courtesy pickup!
