There are 5 children living in that house. That's their business to run the run of lyme disease and West Nile, but I don't like it being a spawning ground near me. And now the CDC has released a report about these "kissing bugs." The City code refers to "noxious weeds." They got 'em.

I am against the proposed neighborhood zoning changes that will cause drastic changes to single family neighborhoods by corner multi-family structures allowed under the proposal. Property values and quality of life will plummet, as Bloomington reverses course, and erases the great gains in re-establishing single family neighborhoods in this predominantly rent driven city.
New pipes put in last Fall. Since then drainage is non-stop . This freezes when it's cold and makes our yard all swampy. I will send a picture.
