The west side of College Ave. underneath the railroad overpass has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.

The sidewalk connecting College Ave. to The Park on Morton (Georgia Ave. & West 12th St.) has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements. This does not appear to be a public right of way, but presumably has an easement for pedestrian access. To city requirements for sidewalk snow removal apply here?
The sidewalk in front of Hannah Center (808 N. College Ave.) has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.
The sidewalk along College Ave. in front of Station 11 (north of 11th Street) has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.
The sidewalk in front of 614 N. College Ave. has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.
The sidewalk on the east side of Morton St. (south of the alley, along the parking lot) has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.
The sidewalk on the west side of Morton St along the Monroe County government parking lot has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.
The sidewalk on the north side of 10th Street, east of College Ave has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements.
The sidewalk on the southwest corner of 6th and Morton has not had snow removed in a way that is consistent with city code requirements. The B-line is clear, but the sidewalk to the east of the B-line is not.
There are eight (!) trash bins lined up on the sidewalk in front of this house. Why do these tenants produce so much trash that they need so many bins? Is the building over-occupied? And why are the bins continually sitting on the sidewalk when they are supposed to be out of sight during the week?
