Debris left at 703 N Washington in May and is still there now on July. Please help.
The entrance to the alley at my house (from Highland Ave) has a deep ditch from rain runoff. Hoping you can re-grade it. Thank you.
Yard appears to have not been mowed yet this summer.
A red Ford truck at 613 S Eastside Drive has (again) been parked in the same spot for over a month now. According to the City's Ordinance it is abandoned: 15.04.020 'A vehicle left on public property continuously without being moved for three days'. If the owner (612 S Eastside Drive) does not want it to be considered abandoned, he needs to move it every four days.
Climbing rope “rocket” has a broken connection. Safety concern for kids on the equipment.
Large, recurrent pothole. Damaged my car rim and possibly tire. Pic attached. This happened to me previously at the same location and I had to have the rim repaired and tire replaced. I paid that time. Will the city pay this time? And fix the pot hole, please.
Large pothole in alley behind 857 S Morton Street
It looks like the trash truck was leaking some sort of white liquid that smells putrid. It follows a line along the trash cans of all of our houses in the cul-de-sac. Can you please send someone to clean this up ASAP? We are putting our house on the market right now and this will be a deterrent for buyers. Thank you in advance for your help! Best, Jake
The traffic light at E Hillside Dr/E Moores Pike and College Mall Road/S Sare Rd seems unbalanced in terms of the light staying green quite a bit longer going east and west (Hillside/Moores Pike) than north and south (College Mall Road/Sare). I had noticed this in the spring when driving early in the morning. Driving north on Sare, I would come around the curve approaching the intersection to see the light turn green only to have it turn red before I made it to the intersection. Yesterday (July 1), I was driving south on College Mall Road and was stuck in traffic at that intersection, sitting through the light a few times as only about 5 cars could make it through the intersection proceding south on Sare before the light turned red. The light stayed green considerably longer (I didn't time it) going east and west. I don't know if it's supposed to be like that or if something changed with the timing of the light in the winter or spring but it seems that the green light time going north and south should be at least as long as the green light time going east and west given the traffic on College Mall Road and Sare Road.
