Subject: Overgrown Vegetation Blocking Sightlines and Pedestrian Safety Near Bus Stop The bushes and trees along the property line are overgrown and have created a safety hazard for school children who are dropped off at the nearby bus stop and walk along the sidewalk. This is a congested area for both pedestrians and vehicles, especially during school pick-up and drop-off times. The overgrown foliage obstructs the view of drivers turning in and out of the apartment driveway, as well as drivers approaching the intersection. This condition significantly reduces visibility and obstructs a clear sight-triangle. Residents of 1304 South Park leave their animal chained outside for most of the day without food or water. The dog is clearly in distress when left alone outside for extended periods of time. Please talk to the homeowners about not neglecting their dog.
