It’s been 2 1/2 weeks since the last snow fell. And yet I’m still having to slip and slide over the icy sidewalk in front of this rental house and driveway. Why hasn’t this landlord cleared this safety issue in the many warm days? Please address this. Their shrubs come out into the sidewalk which make it challenging to navigate along the west side of sidewalk. Can this be addressed?
Filed report on January 8th and nothing but passing on the problem to another employee has been done. Sooner or later, you will run out of employees to pass it onto. Meanwhile the problem continues and is a blithe on the neighborhood for years. Please deal with soon. Thank you
There is still a pile of trash in the yard. Is been there since before IU released for Christmas. Trash day was yesterday. I watched a huge buck foraging in the pile.

Sidewalk blocked with snow since the first snow fall. The tenants/Landlord have done nothing about it.
Atwater is a very busy street and this sidewalk is still impassable— 3 weeks after the heavy snow!!
At least half of the sidewalk in front of a house on Fess (west side, 4th house north Maxwell) shows no attempt of ever being cleared. It is now packed down and extremely icy. All other sidewalks clear. Thank you.
Corner lot property with apparently absent owner. Sidewalk on 3rd St. side of property has been covered in snow and ice for past 2 weeks. Very dangerous for pedestrians. Please notify and/or cite owner. Thank you.
