Unshielded light causing light trespass and glare, code violation. This nuisance light is on all night, and cannot be blocked even by blackout curtains. Completely unshielded, very bright, nuisance glare and light trespass
I live directly across from the Phi Gamma Delta fraternity house and the light on their property shines directly into my bedroom window at night and on my head where I sleep. I was hoping it could be possible to make them turn them off? There is nobody living at the house right now so I am unsure how to go about asking them myself.
Weeds severely overgrown, line of sight at corner is impaired both for vehicles and pedestrians. Unable to walk along sidewalks. Dangerous and unsightly. Looks abandoned. Trash visible in lawn.

Waist high weeds/lawn. Well above 8”. Have not mowed at all this spring.
Stormwater drain is clogged with mud and other debris. When it rained last week, this area didn’t dry up for days bc the drain was clogged. The crosswalk was flooded and it was an accessibility issue.
