Constituent said that the neighbor has a basketball goal that is in the street and in front of her yard/driveway. She said that it was a danger and has almost been hit multiple times. Major pothole at Obrien/Stoney Crest intersection in Fritz Terrace

A business has moved into the former Sterling Glass building at this address. They have placed a large blue dumpster on the lawn at the west edge of their property. According to 20.05.067 of the UDO this dumpster is supposed to be enclosed and on pavement. The property is zoned CG.

That said, they left behind several trash cans full of garbage that have since been rifled through by opossums and other vermin. There's garbage scattered all along their driveway in front of their garage. I've written a few times about their overgrown yard and utility easement.
