After the tenants of this property moved at the end of May a truck was left full of garbage. It hasn't moved the entire month.

Yard is full of debris.
We recently moved to this address and have had a lot of boxes and Styrofoam to throw away. Our trashcan is so small, trash and recycle got picked up today and they are both already full again. Is there a place we can go to dump them or can we get a bigger trashcan?
Excessive weeds, junk trees, trash and lack of maintenance. Possible mental health and or drug issues. Possible hoarding. Reclusive No known family 64 yr old male
An open trailer full of trash, trash strewn about.
Storm drainage ditch on east side of North Ritter Street between W. Kirkwood and W. 6th Street is blocked with debris and a discarded mattress, causing localized flooding.
Trash was not picked up tuesday morning and no notice was left as to why. Can was not overfilled, lid was closed, properly spaced. Recycling was picked up.
Utility workers were trimming trees and left a bundle of branches in the street at the corner of Meadow and O'Brien. Could someone please remove them? Thank you.
The amount of speeding on Kinser Pike is ridiculous, especially for a school zone. At least I thought it was, the school speed limit zone sign was removed last summer for some reason. Any time of day or night, multiple cars speeding.
