Need more regular maintenance, one is completely buried. Wants to talk to someone about this and point out the problems.

Portion of e-mail detailing problem: Front yard has been mowed once and the backyard has only had a "dog run" path mowed this season. Weeds in front yard exceed the eight inch code and backyard grass and weeds are two feet high at least. Also, the owner does not maintain his property in general and not does ever clean up after his large dog (and rarely silents the barking). On damp mornings, the smell is like living next to a stock yard.
