White and red medium sized dog is off leash running around the neighborhood frequently. It is generally friendly to people but upsets dogs. It goes into people's yards and harassed leashed dogs.

Home owner has excessive growth in back yard. Home owner also has two untreated, unfiltered, and un-serviced pits in the back yard that fill with rain water and are left standing. Accumulation of trash
Large white dog jumped from the fenced in back yard onto the roof of the garage and chased me and my leashed dog down the block. The dog appears aggressive.
