Hello, For the last 2+ weeks a large blue and cream area rug has been spread on the south side of the lawn at 1412 South Grant Street. Early on, it was in good enough shape to possibly appeal to a passer by, but it has now been ruined by rain. COB employee came by yesterday to trim trees and just left the clippings on the side of the road.
