Our neighbor continues to park on an unimproved surface. We have reported this before and they continue doing this. This photo was taken this morning Saturday October 10, 2020 around 8 am. Alley is impassible without scratching vehicle due to growth hanging over from the yards.

This individual regularly parks over the sidewalk with one car, and the wrong way with the other car (both pictured). Additionally, only 1 individual lives in this house, but he has 5 cars. His property is also not kept up at all, regularly storing large appliances on his front porch (like washers and dryers) failing to repair gutters and siding, and allowing excessive overgrowth in his front yard. He brings the home values of the whole street down with his neglect.
