House was sold a couple of months ago. Huge, empty, uncared. Neighbors on street have no idea who purchased but assume it is a developer. Yard is now very overgrown; house has flapping broken siding high up that during storms we all think may fly off!

At the intersection of Lincoln and Dixie, numerous potholes and debris make biking and driving risky esp if one wants to make a turn. Thanks for your attention!!
Potholes and gravel debris are making it very dangerous for bikes to turn left as they have to cross into the auto lane. It is on a downhill, watching for auto traffic, avoiding potholes, and the gravel from degraded road can roll under tires reducing grip. Thanks for your attention!!
Street tree is dying and dropping limbs frequently.
