gARAGE COMPLETELY FULL OF TRASH AND SCATTERING THROUGH THE YARD.
HAS EVIDENCE OF SEWER BACKING UP AND WANTED TO KNOW IF CBU SEWER CREWS HAD BEEN WORKING IN THE AREA. SHE STATED THAT THE FLOOR WAS WET IN THE BASEMENT WHERE UPSTAIRS STOOL HAD OVERFLOWED AND STOPPER WAS BLOWN OUT OF SINK.

Tenants at 822 E. Hunter have dumped illegally in dumpster behind 510. See orig. for details.
Trash and recycling sitting out all week. Complainant thinks that this property may be a rental. It is located directly across from 1014 E. 1st St.
Mr. Butland is very concerned about the pedestrian traffic in front of the TIS Bookstore. He says the signs in front of the bookstore force pedestrians to walk out into 3rd St. and somebody is going to be killed. He also mentioned that the cars on Jordan St. do not observe the NO TURN ON RED signs.
