Construction at 1500 E. 3rd St. "Tenants in the vicinity of 1500 E. 3rd St. are concerned about what appears to be construction activity taking place at night in this building. We have observed trucks in the driveway and lights and noise behind covered windows. We believe this property belongs to Jigme Norbu, and, knowing his reputation for illegal activities and retaliation, prefer to remain anonymous. We would appreciate your checking on this matter."
