Students moved out, but carport at the rear of the property is full of junk and trash. Old sofa has been in the carport for a year. Ms. Otten also reported that 4 females had lived at this property. She said that 3 girls on the lease and 1 extra girl paying rent. (Work with Carol on this)
Ken Other/Trash: Housing & Neighborhood Dev. has sent the tenants a fine. H.A.N.D. would like for you to pick up the trash, it is behind the house
They don't always put stickers on thier trash-now they have trash out with a sanitation notice on it. Even when trash is picked up they leave trash and recycling bins out.
Mr. Hayford is concerned about the speed of drivers in the Southdowns/Jordan Ave. area. He says a lot of people walk in the area, especially to Bryan Park. Also, his 5 yr. old daughter walks w/ her daycare program with other young children through this area every day. "This is an accident waiting to happen." PLEASE TREAT THIS AS A REQUEST FOR A SPEED BOARD TO BE PLACED IN THIS AREA (talked with Jane 8/4).
