This morning when I went out to gather up my carts I noticed that the bar that goes across the middle of the front of my small trash cart was only in one hole. The bar fell completely off completely as I pulled the cart up the driveway. I assume that bar is essential for emptying the cart. Do you have any advice about how I can get the bar to fit back in both holes? At the moment it’s in one hole and angled up at about a 30 degree angle, which doesn’t seem very useful. Just out of curiosity, what is the expected life-span of the carts? They are already starting to look beat up. My recycling cart has a piece missing on the corner of the lid. The intersection of 10th and N. Smith Road during peek traffic hours gets backed up for those coming from the south on N. Smith Road. Because of the long line of traffic, entrances to the Meadow Smith Apartments get blocked, and I'd imagine it makes things a bit more difficult for the gas station there as well. Has the city entertained the idea of making that a three way stop rather than only requiring traffic coming in from Smith Road to stop? The traffic levels seems to suggest a need for it. I could send in a photo next time I see a back up if you'd like.

Lime e-scooters have been dumped, partially in the street near the intersection of Etter Drive and Stephens in the Eastern Heights addition. This have been unused, and are certainly unwanted, and need to be removed from the street, and not placed on anyone's private property. Thank You.
