It is impossible to continue to walk on E. Second just past the wooden foot bridge, going towards the intersection of High and Second, because of these branches. between the houses 2005 & 2007 e atwater is an alley. go down the alley and look for a pile of brush and that should belong to a house on High St. the caller did not know the address. Sorry
on s clifton ave between 1st and 2nd street: pot holes on the street and lots of tree debris on the edge of the road, particularly in the center section of the street. This is part of the bike/walking greenway trail.

The street light on the NE corner seems to have a blockage inside the cover such that it barely lights the intersection. This is a particularly dangerous four way stop crossed by many pedestrians, but many drivers fail to stop properly.

Crosswalk needs a vertical sign to caution drivers to slow down and respect crosswalk. This is at Hunter and High St.
