I would like to report a dead city tree in the tree strip in front of my house. Tree site ID: 27963. The tree is—or was—a flowering crabapple, and it has died over the past few years. The people who live at 712 E Hunter Ave constantly throw glass bottles from their porch into a dumpster that is not theirs. Most of the time they miss on purpose and shatter glass all through the alley and road making it terrible for me to drive on. I have yelled at them but they still continue to do it multiple times through the week almost every night now. Tonight after their party they threw being loud until 2:30 am they shattered multiple bottles and I watched them throw them straight into the road. This is unacceptable and dangerous to not only our cars but all of the people who walk through here. This has been happening for MONTHS. I’ve tried to let it slide because I didn’t know if it was them but now tonight I watched them throw them straight from their porch. If you drive by the alley by the dumpster at their side door you will see glass shattered everywhere.

Got a call from next door neighbor who says backyard fence is out of compliance and that they are excavating in their back yard with the intention of installing some "huge metal things" underground.The huge metal things are currently in the driveway at the location awaiting installation.

I would like to know whether the alley behind my house and 1000-1002 E. Atwater legally continues through and across Hawthorne, as the alley does continue between Hunter and Atwater past Hawthorne. I would also like to know the exact location of the utilities in the alley as specified in 12.12.080.
