Recyclable items not properly sorted (notices given 12/6/10, 4/6/11, and 4/20/11)

There was a message left today on our voice mail by a neighbor of this address, they left no call back number, said recycle had been missed at least 2 times and it is stacking up. I talked with one of the guys whose route this is and they have quit writing them up it is bad. There is also trash stacked there.
