The tree in front of the house is dead and a hazard. I tried to contact the homeowner's directly, but the phone number I had was incorrect. It fell on my house 2 years ago, it damaged their tenant's car. I'm worried that it will fall on my house again and may injure someone. This tree needs to be removed.
Attempted occasional renovation work at 101 S Jefferson St is leaving the structure open for weeks at a time. There is clear line of sight from 5th street into the main structure. I believe there is a permit displayed. The climbing vines are covering the openings faster than the construction crew.
Poison hemlock infestation along the 4th St walking path between S. Jefferson and S. Roosevelt St in Green acres. This is not the only location of such an infestation of this poisonous invasive in Green Acres. There is also a tree of heaven established here. Lack of maintenance is chronic in this location. In general, lack of maintenance enforcement per city code of ROW and Utility Easements in Green Acres is, in my humble opinion, the reason that those of us who try to maintain our lawns, gardens, and outdoor living spaces, are in a constant losing battle against these invasive species. Sigh.

the Polly Grimshaw trail is in its usual state of near impassability. The limbs down, overhanging branches and vines, weeds and dead plant trash in the R-O-W all serve to make the way at best hazardous, at worst downright dangerous. I'm not asking you folks to maintain this east side artery to the same standards that you use for the Monon Railroad trail, but. Especially nowadays when it's more dangerous to ride to campus than ever from the east due to continuous construction, Please pay a little attention to this path.
