We were charged over $300 under sanitation for "Large Item Pick up", however, were not responsible for any items that were allegedly picked up. I have tried to get in contact with the sanitation department for the past month with no avail. I would like to get this issue resolved so I am not responsible for the charges or the late fees that could potentially accrue. A very large tree fell along the back property line of 221 E 12th St striking a mature tree in the right of way where N Lincoln Street dead ends at the railroad tracks. This resulted in a pile of debris in the right of way, a large hanging limb causing some hazard and enough damage to the large tree and the right of way that it may fall causing more damage.

Excessive Growth; unkempt shrubs/landscaping throughout entire front of property and growing through and over fence line into sidewalk. Main tree is over grown and needs to be pruned. Lawn needs cutting.

Large maple tree behind property (formally on 908 N. Walnut), has fallen into high voltage, primary distribution lines and snapped them. Tree remains suspended on remaining wires, broken ones are one the ground. All houses within a few blocks of this are now without electric service.
