Westside of 215 9th St. - is an old alley that needs repaired or closed down, we are having people park in the yards of 215 & 221 9th Street to make repairs to neighboring houses because the alley is not functional

Excessive trash on the side of the house and on the back patio
Refuse piled up against west side of house, in view of Showers Inn visitors.
Many shoes hanging on what looks like power lines could cause power outage in the neighborhood.
The upper line in this photo is a Duke Energy line with a half dozen shoes hanging off it and is a threat to power service in my neighborhood. Please ask Duke to remove them.
