alley by 1201 has trees growing over the sidewalk and at the corner of 16th and Madison the overgrowth is really bad
GRAFFITI ON TWO FLOORS OF AN APARTMENT BUILDING AT THE PART AT MORTON. WROTE THE WORDS "HI" "HO" "BITCH" "BLOOD BITCH" AND DREW SEVERAL PICTURES OF PENISES ON THE WALLS. EXIT SIGN ON 3RD FLOOR WAS ALSO BROKEN.
Fire at property, notified by FD. Inspect sch. 1/20/10(WED)@2:30 w/Rita.
Tall weeds, need to get Linda Thompson involved to look at weeds. Complaintant called and stated that owner has had a biologist look at weeds and that owner will not respond to complaints. Call back # is 812-824-7409 Mary Pietsch - Alexander, she would like an update.
Complaint forwarded to Code from BPD & Street - re: overgrown lot at NE corner of 15th & Maple.
Also 1001 N. Madison - both properties are not mowing the adjacant right of way. It's in their responsibility to take care of.
CFC has a small apartment complex and dumpster has been pulled out of the fenced area and left to sit about 20' from her front door. It there an ordinance that says dumpsters in apartment complexes must be enclosed with a fence or some kind of covering?
