Eastbound Patterson left turn arrow for Rogers north cycles green every time regardless of whether or not there's a car.

Caller stated there is a problem with the light at Patterson and rogers. If you are on S. Rogers street heading south, the light will stay red for multiple cycles. Caller sat there yesterday while all other directions went through 4 cycles and the south bound light stayed red, not helping with the traffic congestion on rogers.

Traffic on Patterson crossing Rogers is backed up. The East/West light has always been too long, but with Tapp closed, it is even worse. North/South traffic could have a longer green without interrupting other lights.

The south side of West Allen Street has always been no-parking any time, but recently more and more vehicles are parking on the southside and blocking traffic. Our signs that show it's no parking are faded and spaced about three houses apart. I didn't know if the signs need to be updated or we need more signs, or does more enforcement is need to solve this issue before it gets much worse. Thank you for any help you can provide.

There is a tree that broke to the North side of the New Hope Roof building. The neighbor says it is not on their property so it might be on a city alley. Please confirm if this is a city responsibility.

Streets around the old hospital have been neglected in snow plowing. There are elderly residents who live in the area and an ambulance has been called in at least one instance with the snow. Residents would like the streets to be clear of snow.
