There is a tree that broke to the North side of the New Hope Roof building. The neighbor says it is not on their property so it might be on a city alley. Please confirm if this is a city responsibility.

Pothole at S. Morton and W. Patterson.
Caller stated there is a problem with the light at Patterson and rogers. If you are on S. Rogers street heading south, the light will stay red for multiple cycles. Caller sat there yesterday while all other directions went through 4 cycles and the south bound light stayed red, not helping with the traffic congestion on rogers.
The pedestrian crossing signal on the northwest corner of S. Rogers and W. Patterson is not operative.
Traffic on Patterson crossing Rogers is backed up. The East/West light has always been too long, but with Tapp closed, it is even worse. North/South traffic could have a longer green without interrupting other lights.
Street parking is legal in front of my home but it is not well marked. Traffic regularly stops behind my parked vehicle and honks because they believe there is someone in the drivers seat. We need painted parking spots that identify the lawful parking.
