Alley way between Madison St and Rogers St is becoming impassable. There are large and long ruts on the side of the alley between two houses. The asphalt has eroded all the way through to the gravel underneath. Cars are currently unable to pass. Only pick up trucks. We, the people of McDoel Gardens, would appreciate a full repair of road. The grass and vegetation on the hill from sidewalk to the yard has not been mowed all year. The grass and other vegetation (weeds) are now laying down and blocking the sidewalk.
The two street lights located in the alley between Dixie and Dodds Streets are burned out. Last time they were replaced a couple years ago they only stayed lit for about 2 months.
2 security patrol vehicles for the b line trail were pulled over on the trail smoking cigarettes. Not good for people like myself with asthma. Not good for encouraging citizens not to smoke on the trail.
complaint of excessive growth
yard overgrown, weeds run wild, very high grass
Garbage and debris all over the property and it's left there for days to blow into neighboring yards. City Bus shelter littered with garbage every day which collects overnight when the busses aren't running. Homeless citizens use the bus shelter as a living room from 4pm till midnight or later dropping garbage and causing noise disturbances. The free food cabinet in front of the property is a great idea, but canned food bakes in the direct afternoon sun every day which is a health hazard.
