Alley way between Madison St and Rogers St is becoming impassable. There are large and long ruts on the side of the alley between two houses. The asphalt has eroded all the way through to the gravel underneath. Cars are currently unable to pass. Only pick up trucks. We, the people of McDoel Gardens, would appreciate a full repair of road. Small but deep pothole in front of 904 S. Madison St.

A large tree limb has fallen onto the house at 901 W 1st st. The property has been purchased by a company whose contact info is not readily available. The tree that the limb fell off of appears to be dead and appears to be an immediate danger to surrounding houses and electrical lines.

Construction crew working on 901 west 1st Street parks on west wylie street just south of west 1st street everyday from approximately 9am to 5pm, mon-fri, blocking south bound traffic and causing traffic flow issues. There is a paved lot behind the property they are working on that provides plenty of off street parking.
