Resident called and left voicemail stating we didn't pick up his recycling. He did not leave a phone number. James Moore went out to pick up the missed recycling. He left it there as it was up against the house and not out at the street.

There seems to be a water leak between the sidewalk and the street curbing. Water is bubbling up through the ground around the small manhole cover-like object in the grass.
