The kids at 1005 W 6th have not taken their garbage to be emptied since they moved in (September). The past week, the full garbage can fell over in their front yard. Now animals are going through their garbage. It is slowly spreading in their yard.

The alley next to 1010 W 7th's fence has enough growth that it is impossible to pass by in a car without driving through it somewhat. The manhole cover for the sewer on W 7th Street close to Elm is not secured. I stepped on it and it moved under me and I almost fell in the hole.
