i have had many talks with the noodle house. they have a trash can in front of their business that is always over flowing. just to be clear, the trash can is always overflowing onto the streets. today i had a talk with the manager? and he says the trash can belongs to the building owners, he is not responsible for it, they have outside tables
Trash at 517 E. Kirkwod Ave. (Von LEE) there is lumber, part of a bed and other trash. The Citizen stated that this has been going on for 5 years now.
Trash is still a problem at 517 & 519 N. Fess. They continue to leave their trash containers on the sidewalk all the time. Also the properties located at 415 & 421 N. Park have trash which has not been picked up, and has been there for days. Ms. Butler has called and complained about the trash days ago.
Recyclables & non-recyclables waste mixed, items are not included in recycling program, recyclable items not properly sorted.

Residents have left recycling out for 6 weeks per Larry with sanitation.
