Mr. Loncaric is requesting a credit of difference of $169.57 for water which was absorbed into ground and did not enter sewage system.

Landlord reports that she has been after tenants to take care of the trash. Trash day has come and gone and they still have about 15 bags of trash in the backyard.

Alexa called is and stated that the sanitation crews left her a notice that her trash was not stickered. Alexa states that the trash was stickered and that someone took the stickers. Dirk went out to check and stated that the trash was piled in and around a can that had a partial sticker on it but that there was more trash than one sticker would cover. Trash was picked up this time but will be logged for future reference
