Low water pressure.
Low water pressure.
Rental property pumping water out into alley and street continuously.
Barb Ooley, Ofc. Coord. for L. A. Merry & Assoc., requested an adjustment on their acct. #67228, because sprinkler for L. A. Merry & Assoc. had faulty programming. Large amount of water was consumed but did not go through sewer.
Jeff Delaplane owns the building at 425 N. Walnut St. He complained that he is actually not hooked on to sewer but has been paying sewer charges. He would like to be reimbursed the paid sewer charges and excavation charges.
Barb Ooley wrote as representative of L. A. Merry & Assoc. to request adjustment for wastewater charges for month of October 2003. She requested hearing before USB Administrative Subcommittee.
Customer feels that his bill is excessive and requests that an adjustment be made. Piece on stool that holds handle to the bottom broke. Customer states that CBU employee could find no leaks and flipped a switch in toilet and stated that the problem was solved. Customer feels that CBU should have checked more closely.
Mr. Loncaric wrote as representative of Lincoln Place Homeowners Assoc. A leak developed in assn's pump unit with little or no water usage on assn. meter since mid October 2002. Mr. Loncaric is requesting a credit of difference of $169.57 for water which was absorbed into ground and did not enter sewage system.
Water tastes bad.
SAND & GRIT IN WATER LINE SINCE CBU WORKED IN FRONT. MR. FARMER TALKED TO HIM. CBU TO PAY PLUMBER BILLS
Customer has noticed a fishy odor in water past two weeks.
