The several trash bins at this property continue to be overfilled and surrounded by garbage. The trash blows onto Walnut St and onto neighboring properties. These bins have looked like this for a few weeks. Thank you for your help.
The manhole covers on 7th are getting loose again and cause a lot of noise when cars drive over them. There is a lot more traffic on 7th traffic on 7th street and you can hear the noise 27/7. A crew came out in June and fixed the problem, but the problem is back. There needs to be some kind of rubber ring installed to abate the noise. The covers are also not seated correctly, making them rattle.
Retaining wall collapsing (again) on NW corner of property. Large limestone block has fallen into sidewalk, blocking wheelchair and stroller passage.
Garbage piling up and strewn around deck in backyard - visible from alley. Recurring problem at this address.
Over-occupied. Has been a problem for at least one year. Current tenants ave the following Indiana license plate numbers: YKS555 - AVA812 - YKX366 - 145PZA - TSN865 - RFV277 - 450BXO - TK430LIJ (white pickup truck). Rental permit should not be renewed until property owner repairs the sidewalk in front of house. It is highly degraded and dangerous.
Property should be inspected prior to allowing it to be rented. House is in disrepair and outdoor property has invasive plants growing all around buildings and up into electrical wires on SE corner of property.
Possible over-occupancy. Four vehicles parked behind house with license plates: EN936 - UP9795 - UC7488 - BQG745
Homeless people leaving debris against our building(Mural Wall) Also Patrons of people's park have been urinating by our dumpster (we have witnessed) and the corner where our mural wall ends and your fence begins. We have been bleaching the our property to remove the urine smell. We have also witness a few health events from the park patrons and where ambulances have been called. I would also suggest locking up the power outlet at the North end of the park because patrons of the park have been camping out re-charging their cell phones
