The result is that many recycling bins are left unemptied by the garbage workers, and then they remain sitting on the street for weeks and nothing is ever done. The alley next to 211 North Grant Bloomington Indiana is in bad shape where there is washout and deep ruts , cars are bottoming out when coming out of alley onto Grant street.
