Grass too long and trash in yard
Grass too long and trash in yard
Grass too long
Recurring problem. See #184772, #177627, #184699, #184577, etc. Actual address not clear, as it is on the property line of two lots. Plants are overgrown into the sidewalk along the south side of Cottage Grove just east of Grant Street. Pedestrians need to use that side of the street to avoid the fraternity in the apartment building on the north side of the street.
"Lawn" needs cutting, and invasive plants growing up the side of the house. An annual problem with this property. (Parker rentals.)

grass needs mowing
Grass continues to be too long. Only fines will work with these people (Parker Rentals).
Not clear which address to use. City-created, grassy area in traffic-control sidewalk extension into the street needs mowing. SW corner of Grant/9th. Is this the responsibility of adjacent property owners? If so, would that be Plantation North Apartments, apparently now being referred to as "Campus Walk North" (CRE Rentals)?
Bush honeysuckle growing out, mostly blocking sidewalk. Needs to be dug up, not just trimmed.
See case #188239 (SW corner of Grant/9th intersection.) Long grass is still a problem. Maybe assign this to someone other than "Jo Stong", because cases assigned to that person are sometimes not dealt with in a timely manner.
