Can the city blow out/vacuum the leaves/litter in the gutters/curbs/sidewalks on Kirkwood Avenue just east of Walnut Street? This is one of the “signature” streets of Bloomington, and it looks as if this maintenance hasn’t been performed in some time. The present condition fails to give the proper impression of the city of which Bloomington touts itself, especially at this time of year when we have many first-time visitors to the city. Thank you.

Former Sullivan's Store building at 115 N. Washington Street. Downspouts were tagged with marker (?) The building is currently vacant and available to rent.
