She called to lodge a complaint about the speed humps that have been installed on Morningside Drive. She lives in Park Ridge east and can't "catch the light" at Smith and 3rd and can't use 10th Street because of the "awful bicycles". She says we have just created "one large driveway " for the people who live on Morningside.

THE GRASS DIED AND MR. BROTHERS WOULD LIKE FOR THE CITY TO REPLACE THIS PORTION. THIS AREA IS IN THE CITY RIGHT OF WAY. JANE FLEIG DID GO OUT TO TAKE A LOOK AT SITE ON 5/28/96.
