SHE STATED THAT ON 2/11/97 A REP FROM CBU WENT TO THE THRIFT SHOP AND TOLD THEM THEY USED 60,000 GALLONS DURING THE PREVIOUS PERIOD AND SUGGESTED THAT THEY HAD A LEAK. THEY CALLED A PLUMBER AND HAD THE LEAK REPAIRED. THEY ARE REQUESTING THAT THE PORTION OF THEIR BILL OVER NORMAL USAGE BE CANCELED SINCE THERE WAS A LEAK.
