344 S. Euclid has cans in the back yard and broken furniture in the yard. the vacant house next you 330 S. Buckner has trash down by the alley (also a motor home parked on the yard I let Planning know about this)
the small vacant house next to 330 has a motor home parked on an unapproved surface.
STORM DRAINAGE PROBLEMS
Caller complains that house at 719 1/2 W. 3rd St. has a problem with trash blowing around the yard and into the neighbors.(Robert- see PM 801.5 I think you can make them, if they are using cans, use lids)
Ms. Wells states that parking is only available on the east side of buckner st and that there are no sidewalks on the east side. Ms. Wells states that the property owner on the east side have planted flowers and ornamental grasses next to the street, so now when people park and get out of there cars they are stepping into these flower beds. She thinks that these flowers beds are in the right of way and should be removed.
Lawn needs cut and gutters hanging from the roof.
Yard needs cut.
The property looks vacant. There has not been activity in a couple of months. The yard needs to be mowed.
WEEDS ALONG FENCE AT ALLEY BEHIND HOUSE. WEEDS ALONG SMITH ST FROM WALKER TO THE CHURCH. ESPECIALLY BAD AT BUCKNER AND DAVISON -- LINE OF SIGHT IS BAD.
